Jamestown Bank
New KY-80 Branch
Jamestown, KY
The design of this striking 7,500 square foot new branch bank began with a life cycle cost analysis of optional HVAC systems. Engineering design services included all site utilities, high efficiency HVAC, plumbing with an ejector pump to lift waste to the municipal sewer, and electrical systems. Electrical lighting systems design included decorative, cove, and backlit sign and dormer lighting. Electrical power systems included surge suppression, recessed floor boxes, and close coordination with security and banking systems suppliers.
Three 3,000 square foot stand-alone branch banks designed with Stengel-Hill Architects. Close coordination between Stengel-Hill Architects and Connolly Consulting Engineers helped to earn the continued trust and upcoming work of this client.
